Pharrell Williams

Pharrell Williams (born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, April 5, 1973), a hip-hop singer-songwriter, worked with composer Hans Zimmer on the music score for the animated movie Despicable Me (2010) and wrote two original songs: “Despicable Me” and “Fun, Fun, Fun,” wrote three songs for the soundtrack of the sequel Despicable Me 2 (2013): “Happy,” “Just a Cloud Away,” and “Scream,” songs and themes for Despicable Me 3 (2017). He co-composed with Hans Zimmer and others the score for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) by Marc Webb, with Hans Zimmer and Benjamin Wallfisch the score for Hidden Figures (2016) by Theodore Melfi.
