Golden Globes Around the World Podcast: Sean Hepburn Ferrer

This August marks the 70th anniversary of the theatrical release of the classic romantic comedy film, Roman Holiday, which won both a Golden Globe Best Actress – Comedy and an Academy Award Best Actress for its star, Audrey Hepburn, in her first starring role in Hollywood. In honor of the milestone – and so many more films starring the beloved actress, including My Fair Lady (1964), Sabrina (1954) and Breakfast at Tiffany’s (1961) – HFPA member Bárbara de Oliveira Pinto spoke to producer Sean Hepburn Ferrer, the only son of the ten-time Globe nominee and three-time Globe winner, in this week’s episode of the Golden Globes Around the World podcast series.

Golden Globes Around the World Podcast: Andrea Pallaoro, Director – “Monica”

  Italian filmmaker, Andrea Pallaoro, celebrated his second time in competition at last year’s Venice Film Festival with his third film, Monica, starring Trace Lysette (Transparent) and Patricia Clarkson (She Said, The Station Agent). The 42-year-old filmmaker from Trento divides his time between Los Angeles and Italy and first won acclaim with his 2008 short film, Wunderkammer, followed by the feature films, Medeas (2013) and Hannah (2017), starring Charlotte Rampling.
