Looking Back at Sundance

Another Sundance is in the books. In spite of the currently changing film and media landscape and the rise of episodic drama, Robert Redford's indie showcase remains a crucial showcase for exciting, original art – even in the age of streaming content. It's also a forum for important and necessary conversations such as the one about gender parity in the industry that continued this year at the HFPA’s annual "Women Breaking Barriers" panel. Here is a look back at the festival from our point of view.
