Anthony Quinn receives the Cecil B. deMille award, for Outstanding Contributions to the World of Entertainment, on stage at the 44th Golden Globes, held Saturday, January 31, 1987, at the Beverly Hilton hotel.  He had been nominated for his performances in the movies Lust For Life (1957) by Vincente Minnelli, Lawrence of Arabia (1963) by David Lean, Zorba The Greek (1965), by Michael Cacoiannis, and The Secret of Santa Vittoria (1970) by Stanley Kramer.
